the spa area was well-kept and provided great relaxation. the dining room was very warm.

Their rooms are always modern and brand-new with Spartan design. Particularly good breakfast with English tea available, thanks a lot. The staff are very friendly and deserve a 4-star rating.

Clean and hospitable accom with magnificent location near centrum, fijne wellness as well as the airport.

Loved the spa though, perfect after skiing!

The temperature control in rooms could use a serious update!!! Bathroom maintenance issues are apparent, and improvement in room cleaning frequency would enhance satisfaction. It feels like there's a lack of proper organization!!!

The hotel's wellness area was a good retreat after long days of skiing, and the friendly staff at the bar created a relaxing atmosphere to unwind with drinks after our excursions.

Good spa, but the food was lacking quality. Wi-Fi was decent too.

Lekker stay in Saalbach 🎿🏔️

An extraordinary helpful staff sorted out our luggage problems, like proper chommies! The area was dope with so many varied pistes, you can never get bored. Oh, and the spa's got a chilled vibe for post-ski relaxation, just what you need after a long day on the slopes!

The breakfast was nice but could use a bit more variety, just to keep it interesting.

Fantastic location for skiing!

Loved staying here! The staff was super friendly, especially during breakfast with loads of tasty options. Only thing is, the layout can feel a bit confusing with all the winding hallways. But overall, the comfy beds made it worth it!

The large bathroom was a highlight, furnished with soft towels and a hairdryer that were much appreciated after our long days. The wellness center was a lovely retreat.

No significant complaints.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic in a very nice area. the staff is outstandingly accommodating, and the breakfast is excellent with fine food. the location is great, just minutes from Schattberg x-press.
